[With that, Bokuto gets handed a small, yellow bear holding a red heart. It is so cheesy. Tsukki can't believe he spent money on the thing.

[Bokuto's eyes widen (if that's even possible) and gets teary-eyed, happilly accepting the plush and hugging it close to him.]

[He places it on the small table next to his bed-]

Gonna keep germs off of him too. [He pats bear's head.]

He can have them. I thought... you could hug him. Instead of me.

[Tsukki studies the ceiling intently. Flush crawling down his neck. He knows Bokuto won't laugh about it, but the embarrassment is invading anyway. Stuffed animals are for little kids.]

[That makes his teary eyes even more teary. And he does hug it very closely.]

[There's no laughing involved and the plush teddy will be cherished forever. Even when it ends up being 50 years old and worn out.]

[In a true act of mercy, the microwave chimes. Tsukki turns to the food. Fussing with the dishes until his face cools off.]

Okay, oatmeal. Eat it slow.

[He's talking about he's never going to lose this! It will live as long as he lives! 130 years! ...if he survives this cold.

Tsukki's flushed face makes Bokuto's heart flutter and smile. And accepts the bowl without teasing him because he's been so nice and taking care of him.]

[Tsukki watches closely. Making sure the oatmeal goes down. Stays where it's supposed to. Only then do his shoulders unknot. Releasing the tension he's been carrying since that first text.

[Bokuto almost chokes on his food at that, cheeks flushed even more, over the flush from his sickness.

I can call you that whenever!? I mean- when I say Tsukki it feels as if I'm calling you "small moon" and I think it's cute!

Then I'll call you Kei! ...Kei-kun? Or just Kei?

[He gets tingles every time he says the name. He loves it.]

I'll still call you Tsukki too! [Because 'small moon'. He can't shake off the feeling he's calling him 'small moon' with that nickname.]

Just Kei. Kei-kun sounds - I don't know. It's weird if you started using honorifics now.

[There's a smirk. It's been 'Tsukki' from the start, Bokuto never stood on formality. Even a little.]

[A very, very wide smile. He finishes off the food though, and his stomach is actually grateful for something light. Sick, but looking more uplifted.]

Mmm. Whatever you want. Koutarou is fine for me too, [he grins,] or you can shorten it to Kou. Kei and Kou...

[Okay, now that makes HIM blush. He likes it.]

[He does sneeze after exclaiming that and gratefully accepts the mug with tea.]

[Kei will wait politely, as the stuffed animal accepts affections on his behalf.]

[But the bear does get all of the affection- the hug and a smooch on top of its head.]
